Welcome to Bayt Al Tech (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Terms
These Terms govern the use of our repair and service offerings.
By requesting a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Bayt Al Tech is an independent service provider and is not an Apple-authorized service center.
The Customer’s Signature on the invoice is considered as an acknowledgment that he has read and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
Please keep the invoice in a safe place for later reference. Bayt Al Tech reserves the right to request this document before accepting maintenance requests.Bayt Al Tech guarantees that the products/parts mentioned in this invoice are free from manufacturing defects for the entire warranty period only.The warranty applies to parts that have been serviced only.
The warranty does not cover any Physical damages and External causes.
Bayt Al-Tech Company will maintain or replace the defective parts/products with other parts or products with Functionally suitable alternative.The guarantee applies to invoices signed by customers only or their authorized representatives.
The warranty is applicable only after the inspection of Bayt Al Tech Representative.
When requesting home service, the customer undertakes to agree to allow the Bayt Al Tech representative to enter, treat him well, and not harm him in anyways , whether verbal, physical, moral or psychological, and providing a suitable place for him to provide the required service.
Once the service is completed, the customer must fully inspect his device and receive it with approval that it is working and in good condition. The customer must pay the device inspection fees specified by Bayt Tech Company, provided that it is deducted from the invoice value upon completion of the net maintenance.
Bayt Al-Tech is not responsible for problems that cannot be maintained or require parts that are not available and are considered force majeure situations.
Bayt Al-Tech is not responsible for any attachments or accessories included with the customer’s device. The customer must hand over only the device to a Bayt Al-Tech representative .In case the technician receives the device for maintenance , he must fill the check list and has to describe the device condition with Customer’s Approval only.Customer has to read and accept the description made by the technician before signing
2. Services & Repairs
We provide repairs for Apple products based on available parts and feasibility.
Customers must back up their data before submitting a device for repair. We are not responsible for data loss.
We are not liable for pre-existing issues or additional damages discovered during repairs.
After repair, devices may lose their water resistance or waterproof capabilities. We are not responsible for any water damage occurring after service.
If original parts are replaced, True Tone functionality cannot be restored unless the customer provides the original part. True Tone programming is done using third-party tools and is not guaranteed.
After replacing a phone’s battery , the battery percentage will no longer displayed in the settings.
Unknown Part Notification
After replacing the screen on an iPhone, a notification stating “Unknown Part” or “Important Display Message” may appear. This message is a standard Apple notification that does not affect the functionality or performance of the device. It appears even when high-quality replacement parts are used. By proceeding with a screen replacement at Bayt Al Tech, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be made through accepted methods.
All payments for services are final unless stated otherwise.
Refunds or adjustments are only available within 14 days of the repair, subject to review.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
4. Warranty & Liability
Repairs may include a limited warranty, specified at the time of service.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications after service.
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from water exposure after a repair.
We are not liable for indirect damages, such as data loss or business interruptions.
5. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information when requesting repairs.
Not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
Not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt our systems or services.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
7. Third-Party Links
We may provide links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if a user violates these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable legal processes.
